Colombo, May 22 (The reporter) – The Examinations Department today announced the date for the Grade Five Scholarship Examination for 2024.
Examinations Commissioner General H.J.M.C. Amith Jayasundara stated that the Scholarship Examination will take place on September 15 (Sunday).
Applications for the examination will be accepted online from May 27, with a closing date of June 14.
Applications will not be accepted after midnight on June 14, and the deadline will not be extended under any circumstances.
Students in Grade 5 at government-approved schools are eligible to apply for the examination.
Students who are under eleven years old as of January 31, 2025, are eligible for the scholarships.
