Colombo, June 6 (The reporter) – The first rally of the new alliance led by the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) will be held on June 8 in Ambalantota town, Sri Lanka Freedom Party Senior Vice President and Minister Mahinda Amaraweera said.
He stated that all arrangements have been made to hold this public rally under the theme “Victory for the Country: Together for the Future”.
“The new alliance will cover every district in the future, and only party members of those districts will participate in the rallies held in the respective districts. However, it has been decided to hold the public rally of this new alliance in a very strong and successful manner,” Amaraweera said, adding that the strength of the new alliance led by the SLFP will be understood through this series of rallies.
